The location of this hotel is perfect, with easy access to the ski lifts and a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff, though their English skills were limited, were friendly and made me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the beds were excellent. The hotel facilities, including the spa area with its sauna and pools, were fantastic and provided a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and other attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.
Nothing not to love.

location, location, location and the spa/sauna/pool + ski facilities.
No room service, very complicated to reach reception or your room, low cealing in the parking underground, very short heating program, lots of elvators and acces codes :(. More like an adventure than relax.

The hotel is next to the ski slopes of Chinallion.
The hotel staff was somewhat rude and unhelpful. We were told our reservation did not exist, although we booked 6 weeks prior to arrival. Instead we were offered a room of lower quality and told that there would not be any compensation to us for the inconvenience. The rooms were not cleaned even once over our 8 night stay there. The rooms are tiny, so do not be tricked by the photos.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the high mountains. The location was perfect, with direct access to ski lifts and stunning views from our balcony. The staff were friendly and although there was a slight language barrier, they always made an effort to assist us. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with its sauna, swimming pool, and bubbling water pools - a truly relaxing experience. There were also plenty of dining options and shops nearby, and the hotel was conveniently located close to other attractions. we would highly recommend this place to both families and couples looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the mountains.

Nestled in the serene and picturesque region, this resort boasts a prime location. If you’re feeling adventurous, it offers easy accessibility to skiing activities and ski buses. the ambiance is warm, and the rooms are spacious and cozy. Some apartments offer breathtaking views that soothe the soul. there are plenty of options for evening entertainment, and the staff is attentive.
Although the resort is located in a prime area, some apartments are not easy to get to and may require elevators to access.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance of the slopes and restaurants. the availability of raclette/fondue/pierrade machines was also a plus, allowing us to have a cozy meal in our apartment. the swimming pool and sauna were great for relaxation and unwinding after a day on the slopes.
Our overall experience was marred by some issues. the internet connection was unreliable, and we had to constantly log in.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the slopes and shops. The spa and massage services were brilliant, perfect to relax after a day out skiing. The outdoor views from the hotel are breathtaking, adding to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.
The kitchen and kitchen utensils in the rooms were scarce, making it challenging to prepare meals for several guests. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was also slow, and the heating and hot water were not always reliable.
